MAC-Config

How to configure mobile devices from “Private Wi-Fi Address”/”Randomized MAC” to “Phone MAC”. This needs to be done for every Access Point separately in order for Wi-Fi hotspot to work properly.

iPhone/iPad

Go to configuration then Wi-Fi then to the configuration of the Access Point. There turn “Private Wi-Fi Address” off.

Android

Tap long on the Wi-Fi Symbol, then Tap on Details and on the cogwheel next to the Access Point, then click on “View more”

Scroll down and change the “MAC address type” from “Randomized MAC” to “Phone MAC”
